ARRIVING BY PLANE

From Roma Fiumicino Airport:

Train: Take the train FR1 to Roma Ostiense, for more info click HERE.

From Roma Ostiense take the train to Viterbo Porta Romana.

Connection to Roma Ostiense available every 15 min, connection to Viterbo every hour. Total travel time is 2:00-2:30h (total cost should be 11€).

From Roma Ciampino Airport:

TrainThere are shuttles or public buses or Taxi to Rome Termini train station, then take the metro B up to Rome Ostiense (Piramide), where you can take the train to Viterbo Porta Romana. To book a train or to check connections click HERE.

ARRIVING BY CAR

FROM THE AUTOSTRADA (HIGHWAY) A1 MILAN-NAPOLI:

Exit at Orte. Take the dual carriageway (superstrada) E45, direction Viterbo. Exit “Viterbo Nord” and follow directions to Viterbo city center and then to Porta Romana station, then directly to.

FROM THE E45 DUAL CARRIAGEWAY RIMINI-CESENA-PERUGIA-TERNI

Take the dual carriageway(superstrada) to Viterbo. Exit at “Viterbo Nord”, continue in the direction to Viterbo city center and then to Porta Romana station, or directly to.

FROM ROME OR FROM FIUMICINO/CIAMPINO AIRPORT:

1)Take exit n. 5 of the Rome ring-road (Grande Raccordo Anulare, GRA), follow Via Cassia Veientana (Cassia Bis) up to Monterosi. Turn off onto the provincial road “Cimina” (SP 1 “Cimina”) towards Ronciglione and subsequently Viterbo Porta Romana station.

2)Take exit n. 10 of the Rome ring-road (Grande Raccordo Anulare, GRA), follow A1 up to Firenze (A1 HIGHWAY). Turn off onto ORTE and take the dual carriageway (superstrada) E45 exit “Viterbo Terme” and continue towards Viterbo, then to Porta Romana station.

FROM CIVITAVECCHIA HARBOUR:

Take the road “Aurelia Bis” towards Viterbo. After Monteromano turn off onto the dual carriageway (superstrada) E45 exit “Viterbo Terme” and continue towards Viterbo, then to Porta Romana station.


MOVING INTO VITERBO

It’s possible to move through Viterbo on foot, by taxi or taking the bus (schedules and routes here). Bus tickets can be purchased at every tobacconist or newsstand.


The Conference will be held in Santa Maria in Gradi (Via S. Maria in Gradi, 4)

Once arrived in Santa Maria in Gradi complex, is possible to park the car directly there entering from "Sabotino Street", where you can reach a big parking and then follow the arrows leading to the conference.
